Organization

5M is organized along team-based structure. It is a boundary less organization. Work-teams have been constituted with professionals of high capabilities drawn from relevant discipline. The Software Development Team (SDT) closely works with Marketing Team, which on a regular basis supplies market-information to the former. The SDT consists of a strong battalion of programmers, systems analyst, hardware engineers, and systems developers. The Marketing Team builds on the professional expertise of several customer-oriented business-graduates who are apt not only in assessing customer needs but also in providing high-value customer service. The Research & Development Team (RDT) is in the constant search of new, innovative product ideas. This fully empowered team aggressively experiment with the generated-ideas. The highly-motivated professionals in the R&D Team members pass on their successfully screened ideas to the Product Development Team (PDT) , which proceeds to develop new products and/or institute innovation and improvement over our existing products. We have independent teams for IT-related consultancy and project management.

Management

The management of 5M nests in a Board of Directors consisting of professionals in management and IT-areas, all having postgraduate qualifications in business administration with vast experience in developing and marketing software/information systems and IT-Products. The Managing Director an MBA from Dhaka University and training on Information Systems from Western Kentucky University, USA having expertise in software development and relationship management, looks after the day-to-day operations of the company. The project management is directly looked after by the Company's Chairman who have had higher professional qualification from England, India and USA.
